Jerry Kinser — Father, Builder, Operator
TurnKlean was founded by Jerry Kinser to solve a problem every property manager knows too well: unreliable turnover vendors who don't show up on time, don't clean to inspection standards, and leave you scrambling when residents complain on move-in day.
We built TurnKlean around three core principles: inspection-ready quality (detailed checklists, professional supplies, trained technicians), 24-48 hour turnaround (because every day a unit sits vacant costs you money), and photo-documented accountability (before/after photos on every job so you have proof of work completed).
Today, TurnKlean serves multifamily communities, landlords, leasing agencies, and small businesses across Collin, Hunt, and Rockwall Counties. We're not the cheapest option — we're the reliable option.
